I’m pumped to start sharing with you all the yummy meal prep ideas/dishes I have made over the years. These are quick, easy, and healthy meals or meal preps you can use to hit any health/fitness goal you have in mind!
For over nine years I have loved coming up with healthy, macro friendly meal preps/dishes that anyone can enjoy even for those who think eating healthy is boring! It doesn’t have to be! You just have to know what’s in your food and prep it in a way that benefits your goals/body!

I am also super excited to share with you a company I fell in love with and currently use in my meal preps/dishes. With me having severe Celiacs Disease I need all my stuff Gluten Free of course and I finally found a company that delivers that and MORE! Let me share with you their HEALTHY ALFREDO SAUCE for example!! Omg it’s AMAZING! And in this recipe below I mixed the Alfredo Sauce into my Skillet Dinner. It was a hit for the whole family!
This is a Healthy, Low Carb, Low Calorie Lunch, Dinner, or Meal Prep Option! I LOVE doing different kinds of Ground Turkey Skillet Dishes. The options are literally endless.
This one is called: Turkey and Veggie Skillet with (HEALTHY/CLEAN INGREDIENT/GF) Alfredo Sauce!
-1lbs Ground Turkey
-Veggies *Any of your favorites can work with this dish, here’s what I used: Mushrooms, Diced Carrots, Onions, Red Peppers
-Minced Garlic, find on https://sheilachasse.epicure.com/
-HEALTHY Alfredo Sauce Mix (SO GOOD), find on https://sheilachasse.epicure.com/ *I mixed it with Unsweetened Almond Milk instead of Milk like it calls for.
Cook your Ground Turkey in a large skillet and once half way cooked add in all of your Veggies! Season as desired. I used Epicures Minced Garlic for this dish because it’s packed with SO much flavor! I then mixed up the Alfredo Sauce from Epicure and once the Ground Turkey/Veggies were cooked through I added in the Alfredo Sauce. This is a super quick and easy dinner OR meal prep idea as you can make this in a big batch and it’s delicious reheated!
