Shredded Chicken Pizza Bake


This recipe packs plenty of flavor and is versatile enough for you to get creative with additional toppings or spice blends. It's a hit for pizza lovers who want a healthy, protein-packed twist! It’s also the perfect dish for meal prep as well! Enjoy! 🍕


Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

- 1 cup lactose-free cottage cheese

- 1 cup pizza sauce (your favorite kind)

- Diced onions

- Diced bell peppers (any color)

- Diced mushrooms

- Flavor God Pizza Seasoning (measure with you’re heart)

- Garlic powder

- Italian seasoning

- Shredded mozzarella cheese (I use vegan shredded mozzarella)

- Turkey pepperoni

- Optional toppings: black olives, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, or spinach


Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, lactose-free cottage cheese, pizza sauce, diced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, Flavor God Pizza Seasoning, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

3. Assemble the Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

4. Layer with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded vegan mozzarella evenly over the top.

5. Top it Off: Arrange turkey pepperoni slices across the surface. Add any extra toppings you'd like.

6. Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden.
