Chicken Salad, but make it GOOD for you!

If you like chicken salad then this is a must try! LOADED with protein, plus I added in my salt and vinegar wildechips on the side (protein chips that are amazingly delicious made from chicken breast, egg whites, and bone broth), so this quick and easy lunch had me at 45+grams of protein! ššŖš¼
Combine shredded chicken in a bowl with diced yellow onion, green onion, celery, sliced almond, a scoop of avocado/dairy free mayo, roughly two tablespoons of your choice of honey mustard, parsley, and then season to taste with whatever else you may prefer. I use a few other favorite seasonings of mine.
SO GOOD and this is a great #MealPrep meal that you can put on top of a bed of lettuce like I did or you could use a wrap or egg wrap. Itās really endless! If I had fresh tomato I love putting that on top too and a little fresh squeezed lemon. š¤¤
