Sweet Heat Ground Turkey Power Bowl

A vibrant fusion of sweet, savory, and spicy, this gluten-free, sugar-free delight is packed with bold flavors while keeping it light and nourishing. Perfect for a quick meal that satisfies without compromise!


Ingredients

- 1 large packet of ground turkey

- 1 yellow onion, diced

- Chives, to taste

- Mushrooms, sliced

- Garlic, to taste (I always measure with my heart)

- Gluten-free, sugar-free sweet chili sauce, to taste

- Gluten-free, sugar-free sweet-and-sour sauce, to taste


Instructions

1. In a heated pan, sauté the diced yellow onion until fragrant.

2. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. Season lightly with garlic.

3. Toss in the mushrooms and chives, letting them soften and soak in the flavors.

4. Pour in your sweet chili sauce and sweet-and-sour sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly. Adjust seasoning to taste.

5. Let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

6. Serve warm and enjoy the perfect balance of heat and sweetness!
